Close to Bønnerup harbor and with beautiful views from the house you will find this cottage with whirlpool and sauna. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms as well as a good kitchen and dining room. On the 1st floor there are two rooms and a large living room with direct access to the balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the Danish summer weather and the smell of the Kattegat. There is a hot tub and sauna for relaxation. Guest toilet. The house is heated with both electric heating and oil boiler. The house is surrounded by natural grounds, where nature grows wild. The cottage has a completely unique location in relation to the Kattegat and within a few minutes walk you are at Bønnerup Harbor. Not for rent to youth groups.
