There are three bedrooms on each floor, connected by an internal staircase, with each level having it's own entrance, kitchen and sitting room making this an ideal space for two families.

This villa is located at the heart of the exclusive 'Hacienda Las Chapas' estate, centrally located along the Costa del Sol.

The closest beach is a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk away.

The closest supermarket is a 2 minute drive away. There are also bars and restaurants a short distance away.

With access to the costal road just a few minutes away, central Marbella is a 15 minute drive away.

Due to Hacienda Las Chapas being centrally positioned along the Costa del Sol, it is easily accessible by car.

Tolles Haus mit fantastischem Blick
Wir haben im Mai 2022 3 Nächte mit 12 Leuten hier verbracht. Es war wirklich toll. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß, es gibt 6 schöner Bäder. Das Haus ist schon sehr beeindruckend und verwinkelt. Die Außenanlage ist gepflegt und grün, der Ausblick atemberaubend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

The best view in Spain magnificent, house was beautiful and the pool great. A little closer to the supermarket would have been helpful as we had no car but Uber was always available.

Diese Aussicht und die Absolute Privatsphäre war der Hammer 😻🥰 Habe noch nie so etwas Perfektes Gemietet😎. Immer Wider gerne 🤩🤩🤩
