Purple House

Wonderful, completely renovated villa 30 metres from the beach at Pinus Village, on the south-west coast of Sardinia. The house has a private parking space, a terrace for eight people with barbecue, WI FI, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, mosquito nets, bed and bathroom linen sanitised according to procedures. The house is delivered clean according to the strictest protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable stay. In Pinus Village there is a bar-restaurant a few metres from the house, a playground and a market is 1.5 km away. The most beautiful beaches (apart from the one close to the house) are Chia and Tuerredda.

A due passi dal mare
Siamo stati 4 settimane a purple house e ci siamo trovati molto bene, sia con la casa, sia con il proprietario. L'appartamento è davvero a due passi dal mare e in una strada con poco passaggio di auto e persone. È comodissimo per andare in spiaggia anche per breve tempo. Dentro le camere sono piccole ma accoglienti (e con armadi molto grandi), il soggiorno /cucina molto spazioso e soprattutto molto fornito, c'è davvero di tutto. Comodissimo avere lavastoviglie e lavatrice (quest'ultima nuova) e avere due bagni ognuno con il suo boiler (in 4 adulti e 1 neonato non abbiamo mai finito o l'acqua). Il terrazzo è molto ampio, purtroppo mai usato perché la zanzariera è interna e non volevamo essere esposti agli insetti (ci sono zanzare e mosche). C'è il condizionatore in soggiorno e in due delle 3 stanze, che fa caldo e freddo, abbastanza silenzioso. La casa è all'interno del "pinus village", zona di casette che ha visto giorni migliori, ma l'unica cosa che può dare realmente fastidio è solo la strada di accesso (ultimi 2 minuti di auto) che è particolarmente dissestata. Parcheggio privato a 50m dalla casa. Nel complesso siamo molto contenti e siamo stati trattati molto bene da Aldo, gentile e molto disponibile per le nostre richieste. Pro: posizione per la Spiaggia, spazi nella casa bene organizzati anche per 4 adulti, gentilezza del proprietario,casa fornitissima, cucina con 4 fornelli, barbecue sul terrazzo. Contro: Internet non incluso, appartamento non dei più silenziosi (ma molti vicini c'erano solo pochissimi giorni)

ottimo posto
siamo stati lì 10 giorni appartamento veramente ottimo c'è tutto non manca nulla posizione ottima una spiaggia comoda e poi vicino alle spiagge più conosciute Aldo molto gentile e disponibile per darti consigli sicuramente ci torno !!

Casa bella e funzionale
La casa è in una ottima posizione, pulita, molto curata. Non manca proprio niente Purtroppo la spiaggia di Pinus Village era praticamente inagibile per poseidoni, ma le spiaggie di Chia a poca distanza di macchina stupende. Aldo è stato carinissimo e molto disponibile. Un sentito grazie! Torneremo!
