Seaside hideaway
This is a delightful property in a quiet village. A very short walk from the train station, though you do have to negotiate a pebbly driveway pulling your suitcases plus a grassy path and a bridge over the rill right outside the property’s front gate, but this wouldn’t put us off staying again.
Well equipped, beautifully decorated and comfortable. 3 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private back garden with lots of seating which was perfect for early morning tea.
A short walk to a lovely sandy beach and the North Norfolk coastal path. From there it is easy to walk to Sheringham or Cromer which my daughter did every day. We totally loved our stay.
Apart from the tricky access if you don’t arrive by car which we didn’t, there were no supplies in the house, so if you’re hoping for a cuppa after a very long journey from North Carolina, you must first head out to the local shop for milk and teabags. A welcome pack or the offer of one would have been a nice touch.
Would definitely stay again and we would recommend it to others.
