Bonne localisation mais mauvaise appréciation pour le logement de mauvaise qualité.
Maison très peu soignée, électricité dans la salle de bain dangereuse, problème de chasse d'eau, fuite d'eau douche extérieur, ameublement extérieur très mauvaise qualité, peu de vaisselle, ménage très succinct. Bonne literie et bon emplacement géographique, terrasse ombragée.
