Marconi 18 is a beautiful detached stone house, recently renovated, located in the oldtown of Alberobello. The house consists of an entrance living room, a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an outdoor area reserved for guests. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning in each room, and it can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
Marconi 18 is located in the wonderful oldtown of Alberobello, a few steps from the Basilica dei Santi Medici and the famous Rione Monti. The house consists of an ancient stone part and a more recent one, both recently renovated. In the old part of the building there is an entrance living room with vaulted ceiling and stone walls, a double bedroom with French bed and a corridor leading to the new area of the house. In the latter we find a bathroom with shower, another double bedroom and a kitchen equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, oven and table with chairs. The kitchen leads to the outdoor area reserved for guests, where there are a table with chairs and an outdoor living room.

At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Alberobello, equal to €0.80 per day for each over 13 years old, for the first 3 days.

Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)
Check-Out: before 10am
Cautionary Deposit: 150€
