Nice Villa 15 minutes walk to Villamartin Plaza.
Really nice Villa 15 minute walk to Villamartin Plaza or Villamartin golf course (once you find the short cut). If you want to venture further a car is recommended. Pool is nice and clean, plenty of room inside and outside for the 6 of us, and would easily accommodate 8 guests. Games room is a bonus and the kids enjoyed watching films in there. Booking form start to finish was seamless, would recommend.

A nice stay with the family
The house and pool are very nice. Although it is situated in a area with a lot of other houses, it is very quiet area and peaceful. Some minor details about the house, already by previous renters told, is that the basement is a bit damp and has smells a bit funky. But by opening the windows that goes away. And all other houses (new and older) with basements have the same issue. The contact with the owner was very pleasant. If you are seeking an holiday rental near Villa Martin, this should definitly be on your list. During our stay in July / August, we really enjoyed the swimming pool in the afternoon, because it has some shade, which is very nice during the hot summer.

Bra boende på "fel" plats.
Annonsen pekar inte på rätt adress/gps-position utan detta hus ligger på andra sidan av golfbanan med 15 min gångväg till klubbhuset. Boendet var helt ok men med en viss unken doft i källarvåningen. Utlovad infopärm saknades! Wifi-uppkopplingen var allt annat än bra! Sovrum och bad-/duschrum var bra, Ett plus för biljard- och dartrummet i källaren!

We enjoyed our stay here as there was more than enough space to accommodate 8 of us. Handy location to villamartin plaza, mercadona, beach etc. But definitely need a car. However, pictures are old and villa is a little tired. Few updates needed. Bit of damp smell in downstairs area and a few easy fixes would make it better eg fridge in downstairs pool room, mirrors in other bedrooms, working lights on roof terrace.
