Appartement was niet onderhouden
Mooi appartement , goed gelegen maar in een slechte staat. Ramen konden niet gesloten worden ,plinten vielen v de muren , keukenuitrusting was onvoldoende(1ontbijtbordje, 3 wijnglazen....) Verlichting dampkap , oven en leeslamp stuk... Matras was in slechte staat....
