Beautiful spacious cottage with sea view close to the village and beach

A beautiful contemporary cottage located in a quiet cul-de-sac within easy walking distance of the village, restaurants and pubs and a 15 minute walk to the beach. Wake up and have coffee on the balcony enjoying the sea views and then take a gentle stroll to the beach or onto the coastal path. At the end of the day relax watching your favourite film on Sky TV (included) or reading a good book in front of the wood burning fire. For the more active there is an outdoor shower to wash off after a surf or trip to the beach, hang your wetsuit up to dry, play on the lawn and enjoy a barbecue on the terrace taking in the sea views.

lots of room and facilities very good .well equipped kitchen and space to cook .croyde is a favourite north Devon location and property was right in the heart with a 10 plus minute walk to the beach.

Lovely house, spacious and comfortable in convenient location on the edge of Croyde village.
This was a great vacation home, in a wonderful location 2 minutes from the shops and restaurants of Croyde in a nice quiet cul de sac. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for cooking, and we enjoyed barbecuing on the deck. Beds and sofas are comfortable and there is a pretty garden. The owners live nearby and were very responsive to questions. Overall a great property!

Christmas in Croyde
We have been coming to Croyde for Christmas for many years. We have not been able to come since 2018, so we were really looking forward to this week away with family & friends, it didn’t disappoint. The little touches were a welcome addition, as we’re the Christmas decorations

Great location, wonderful views.
We had a wonderful week at The Shrubbery. It is in very short walking distance (2mins) from lots of pubs and the 10min walk to the beach is lovely. The house felt spacious and it had lots of places to dry wetsuits and towels after a long day at the beach. The raised patio was a relaxing sun spot in the morning and afternoon. It was well equipped and the beds were comfy. I would highly recommend this holiday home.
