We recently stayed for a week in this lovely cottage which is located in small village in the southeastern corner of the Brecon Beacons. 10 mins from Abergavenny, the cottage was perfectly situated to get to see the amazing national park, with Crickhowell and local attractions really close by. The cottage is also really nicely tucked away in the village and so when sitting outside you really feel the benefit of being in this fantastic area surround by welsh hills and the open air.
The cottage was perfect for our stay - clean, warm, quiet and modern. Our host was super welcoming and provided a great welcome pack which was much appreciated after our journey.
We would not hesitate to recommend the property and certainly hope to return in the future!
We have just returned from staying at this absolutely beautiful cottage nestling in stunning surroundings with views of the mountains. Kathryn, the owner, was so helpful and welcoming and I would love to stay again. Very happy to recommend.
The property itself is in a fantastic location with mountains on all sides. (The photos in the listing don't begin to do this justice). Apart from the owner's property next door there are no other houses nearby but you are within walking distance to the village.
The owner gave us a very warm welcome and we had everything we needed. I'd thoroughly recommend a stay here!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kathryn's cottage, it is very well equipped with everything one would have at home even a welcome basket which was most welcome. I would recommend this to my friends and family and will like to come back again. Thank you. Kathryn. Angela & Ron
