The house is located in Macher, a very quiet village of volcanoes with wonderful views, small grocery stores and a step away from Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero (5 minutes by car). Located in a central area of the island, it is the ideal place to get to know Lanzarote and enjoy the tranquility of the area.

El título lo dice todo… La propiedad es espectacular, pero llegar y ver coches desguazados sobre caballetes, baldas y sillas viejas apiladas etc, hace que se una impresión lamentable a la entrada. Por no hablar de las goteras, las suciedad…

Schöne Unterkunft mit leichten Schwächen
Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt dort genossen und das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber gewesen. Dennoch gibts ein paar kleine Punkte die ich in der Preisklasse der Unterkunft erwarte. Es fand zu keinem Zeitpunkt ein direkter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter statt alles lediglich via Email. Die Angabe der Unterkunft in der email war ungenau wir mussten ein bisschen suchen bei der Ankunft. Die Schlüssel waren in einem kleinen Tresor am Haus, keine persönliche Übergabe, keine Einweisung. Die Einrichtung selbst ist okay aber Bunt zusammen gewürfelt, was komplett fehlte z.B. waren Handtuchhalter in den Bädern. Die Küchenausstattung hat einen ähnlichen Eindruck hinterlassen, die Küchenzeile ist top aber die Ausrüstung bunt zusammen gewürfelt. Keine anständigen Küchenmesser dafür 3 Kaffeemaschinen, davon eine defekt. Leere Weinflaschen vom Vorgänger im Schrank. Am letzten Tag hatten wir plötzlich Abends kein Wasser mehr, daraufhin hatte ich eine Email geschickt und gefragt ob das Problem bekannt sei die Antwort habe ich bis heute nicht. Am nächsten Morgen ging es zum Glück wieder. Fazit: Schöne Villa aber dort wohnt halt keiner wirklich der sich ein bisschen Gedanken macht und das merkt man eben. Der Ort Macher an sich ist super, ein paar gute Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind Fußläufig zu erreichen. Unbedingt im Teleclub Macher Tapas essen, absolute Empfehlung. Für alles andere braucht’s ein Auto aber der Flughafen ist damit in 10min zu erreichen.
