Valentino Golf is a new residential development fully gated, within landscaped gardens featuring 3 communal swimming pools a padel court, playground for kids, sun bedding areas for adults and boules courts. Located at the northern edge of the golf course at Villamartin. This development is ideally placed just a 10 minutes walk from the bars, restaurants and shops at Villamartin Plaza. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with build in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, one ensuite and with vanity sink units. Large Open plan modern kitchen and living room and outside large balcony South facing. The apartment has secure gates with underground dedicated parking space. 3 pools with Jacuzzi incorporated available for all guests. UK and European TV channels and free WiFi. Also Air conditioning and fans available in the apartment. The best of all, the Coast has blue flag sandy beaches to enjoy. The nearest ones: Campoamor, La Zenia beach, Punta Prima, and Cabo Roig. My favourite is Campoamor or playa de la Glea beach as it is very long so great for strolls and with very easy parking opposite the beach. Another lovely spot is Playa Flamenca. The kitchen is fully equipped it also comes with a desk and comfortable chair to work on.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage war ruhig und angenehm. Der Pool war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt war sehr angenehm und unsere Fragen wurden sehr gut beantwortet. Als wir die Wohnung erstmals gesehen haben, waren wir positiv überrascht darüber, dass die Wohnung noch schöner war als auf den Fotos.

Perfect short break
The apartment is spotless and very modern. The pool area if one of the best I've used, the AstroTurf does get hot so bring flipflops!. Check in/out etc easy and informative. We will certainly come back. Maybe offer a welcome pack at additional cost if arriving late as shop we used closed at 5pm but there could be others close by just water, pop, snacks etc.

This property is unique. Its part of a communal area of 6 small blocks, but its different to the rest in the area, as it is very spacious, it never feels crowded, it has 3 large pools with Jacuzzis, Padel courts and lovely gardens.
The flat is very stylish , modernly decorated with areas to relax and not overpriced.
