With an immaculately landscaped garden, a fantastic pool and enviable location, Villa Francesca Ispica is a great choice. Perfectly positioned between the golden, sandy coastline and the interesting Baroque town of Ispica, there's plenty to see and do in the vicinity. This detached, 4 bedroom villa has a fresh, contemporary finish throughout, excellent outside space and a charming outdoor kitchen to make the most of. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Located in the countryside yet just a 15 minute drive from historic Ispica, you can enjoy the best of both worlds at Villa Francesca Ispica. The nearest sandy beach is less than a 10 minute drive away, with plenty more great options to discover in this stunning part of the island. You'll also have excellent shopping, dining and sightseeing options. Choose from the interesting towns of the region such as Marzamemi, Modica and Ragusa to name a few! Our villa Melomaty is next door.

Schöne großzügige Location mit kleinen Fehlern
Das Grundstück nebst Swimmingpool ist wirklich sehr gepflegt und großzügig. In dem Haus fehlte es an nichts. Leider war das EG-Badezimmer recht alt und schimmelig. Ein größeres Problem waren die großen feuchten Schimmelflecken unter und rund um die Klimageräte der beiden oberen Schlafzimmer. Hierdurch roch es gammelig und führte bei den Gästen zu Atembeschwerden. Das sollte unbedingt behoben werden.
