The apartment is located in a newly built baita (2015). The quiet location close to the center and the ski area makes the property ideal for winter sports enthusiasts.

The baita is only 400 meters away from the ski elevator, which can be reached both on foot and by skiing. At 300 meters away you will find the cross-country ski slope. Close to the accommodation you will find bars, supermarkets, butchers, restaurants and entertainment venues. The free ski bus stops in front of the house with the blue, red and yellow lines. In the center of Livigno you can stroll and immerse yourself in the luxurious atmosphere with designer shops.

The house has a ski storage room, a garage and parking. You can prepare a meal of your choice in the well-equipped kitchen.

We offer a discount on ski passes of min. 6 days, € 10 for adults and € 5 for junior (8 to 15 years) and senior (from 65 years), except for families of 2 adults + 2 or more children and groups of 20 or more people.
