The Space:
The Heim Residences are delighted to offer our Boujee apartment, comprising of an open plan living space, a king size bedroom and bathroom. Location wise, Boujee is based in the Bohemian district of Northern Quarter, known for its challenging, creative and often political wall art. You are also never more than 20 meters from a bar, restaurant or grocery store. The space combines luxury fixtures and fittings.
This Boujee boutique-style apartment is situated inside a converted umbrella factory. The design combines elegance and luxury, with the boujee vibe all rolled into one.
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, designed with the soothing pastel pink theme running throughout, perfect for relaxing. The space also contains a large fitted wardrobe, mirror and dressing area with downlighting.
The stunning wet-room bathroom, tiled in pink tutti frutti and subway style feature wall, includes a huge waterfall shower for an optimum luxury experience. Fresh linen and an assortment of argon oil shampoos and conditioners, soaps and sanitisers are provided complementary for your use during your stay.
Our designer anthracite kitchen contains high-end appliances including all integrated appliances; microwave-combi oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. It is a perfect place to rustle up a storm with friends and enjoy a delightful meal with the pink boujee energy all around you.
There is also a broad selection of tea, coffee and accompanying sugars/sweetners, provided on the house for you to choose from.
The dining area and lounge is perfect for whatever mood you’re in whether that is enjoying a delicious meal, relaxing with a film, or taking in the hustle and bustle of Manchester’s famous Northern Quarter beneath you. The four-seater table is perfect for eating with friends or as a workspace for those who may be travelling on business. The apartment boasts a full 55” Smart TV, fully provided with Netflix and Amazon Prime for your viewing pleasure.
There are a number of on street parking spaces available all around the development free of charge inside prescribed hours. You will never be stuck for a place to park your car(s). There is also a pay per park car park 20m over the road, opposite the development, where is costs £5 to park for 24 hours.
Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the whole apartment. If you are staying for multiple nights, you may need to take the waste out to the waste deposit area - details of how to access this can also be found in your Guest Pass.

Getting Around:
When you walk out the front door, you will be in the heart of Manchester's hipster and Bohemian district of the Northern Quarter.
You are never more than 20 meters from a bar, restaurant or grocery store.
There are a number of off and on street parking spaces available all around the development. You can park free of charge on the street in designated bays, between the hours of 20:00 and 08:00. There is also a Multi-storey pay and display car park adjacent to the development, where is costs £20.50 to park for 24 hours. The full address of this car park is as follows: Northern Quarter Multi Storey, Church Street, M4 1LX.

Other Things to Note:
In order to protect both the property and our guests, all guests are required to complete the MANDATORY deposit hold on our guest pass, powered by EnsoConnect. The deposit hold places a £250 authorisation hold on a card of your choosing. No monies are taken from your card unless any damages are caused during your stay or additional fee’s are incurred during your stay. This could be for things like late checkout and other services, extra guests and or extra nights.
Please ensure these are completed prior to your stay as guests will not be able to access the apartments until your Enso verification and deposit hold is complete.
