Just a short walk to the sea beach, this 3-bedroom apartment in Mont-roig Bahía can accommodate 6 people. Ideal for a family or small group, this property features a shared garden and a balcony for enjoying relaxed days.

This apartment offers close proximity to the sea at 200 m, giving it a heads up on behalf of beach travelers. The shops, restaurants, etc are also located within 200 m, making it a perfect place to stay for foodies. The nearest town center is a short drive away and can be visited for enjoying the nightlife.

In the open kitchen, which is well-equipped for your culinary experiments, you can prepare meals of choice. There is a balcony to sit back and enjoy the sea views. There is a furnished garden to enjoy meals outside or take a lazy nap. Barbecue and parking are other available amenities. Cot and high chair can be requested for the comfort of little ones. 1 pet is allowed here for a small fee.

You can easily get public transport, just 100 m away.

Please note that the restaurant is no longer open, so the paella and barbecue evenings are no longer available. However, you are welcome to use the existing grill in the garden (but please tell in advance so that the owner makes arrangement accordingly). The owners, who live in the house are happy to help with any questions, speak German and Spanish.

De ontvangst was vriendelijk met uitleg. Tina had zelfs een salade gemaakt en een brood erbij. Ik denk wel dat het helpt als je Duits spreekt. Dat is waarom ik het als 'slecht ' beoordeel rn niet als 'Erg slecht '. Eerste indruk van het pand was een verlaten indruk. Op de oprit ligt allerlei soort blad. Het lijkt of er al een tijdje niets meer aan de tuin is gedaan. Je kunt ook niet de tuin zitten, zoals gedacht o.b.v. de foto's. In het appartement is de tijd blijven steken in 1971. Alles is oud en ouderwets. Het pand staat te koop, mijn indruk is dat de eigenaren het niet meer kunnen of willen onderhouden. Het aanwezige gasfornuis is zo oud dat ik het niet durf te gebruiken. De hele keuken is ook oud. Uit de kastjes komt een muffe of vettige lucht. Het bestek is vettig, de waterkoker ook. Het aanrecht zit zo laag dat je met 1.70 meter lengte daar veel te lang voor bent. In 1 van de badkamers staat een kleine oude wasmachine die zo stinkt dat ik de badkamerdeur angstvallig dichthoud. In de badkamer die we gebruiken, is de doucheslang kapot. Er komt nog wel water uit, maar het toont haveloos. Er zit roest bij het afvoerputje en dat ruik je. Er zit een prachtig balkon bij het appartement. Als je de enige ligstoel hebt, zit je daar heerlijk. Tussen de bomen door zie je de zee. Het kussen van de stoel is oud en smoezelig. In de woonkamer staan in de hoek 4 kapotte ligstoelen. Het strand is dichtbij en de zee is fijn. Ik ben daar bij het enige barretje alleen wel een beetje geschoffeerd. Kennelijk moest je reserveren voor een bak koffie. Dat heb ik in mijn hele leven nog nooit ergens meegemaakt. En een aggenebbes zooitje dat terras... In het dorp hier is volgens mij verder niks, behalve een woonwijk en een camping. Salou ligt op een half uurtje rijden. In juli en augustus is het parkeren daar wel erg moeilijk. Het binnenland is schitterend. Al met al vind ik het hier zelfs al een stadium voorbij vergane glorie. Ik zou dit niemand aanraden. Het is een verblijf alsof je in het openluchtmuseum woont. Op de foto's bij het boeken zie je wel dat het oud is, maar oogt het fris. Dat is het zeker niet. Het is een beetje deprimerend.

Super Ferienwohnung mit großer Terasse. Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf das 300m entfernte Meer. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, wodurch auch das Check in und der Check out sehr unkompliziert und flexibel war. Auch wenn die Wohnung sehr einfach eingerichtet ist, hat sie haushaltstechnisch alles nötige, sogar eine kleine Waschmaschine. Leider gab es keinen Grill. Jederzeit sofort wieder!
