Lovely peaceful get away
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, if it’s peace & tranquility your after then this is the perfect place for you. The property had everything we needed, we made use of the wood fired hot tub which after a long day of walking was lovely & relaxing. Overall Gaia’s lodge is perfect and we’ll definitely return again one day in the near future.

Upper Hurst Farm was founded in 2012 with the vision of providing a luxurious, relaxing space to enable guests to enjoy the surrounding natural beauty. The caravan site was the first to arrive, shortly followed by our holiday cottage (Gaia Lodge) and our yurt (Gaia's Hideaway). What has been created here has been designed to mirror the indescribably beautiful landscape that we have at Upper Hurst Farm. This has made an environment in which people naturally feel calm and nurtured.

Why they chose this property

Gaia Lodge was created from an old piggery with the vision of a sumptuous, intimate getaway. It's truly about bringing the outdoors in - in all weathers. The space is cosy, cute and warm. With stunning views, easy access to towns and villages and tonnes of local walks, there is plenty to do here. The addition of the all-weather hot tub bring this home, especially on a clear night under the moon and stars.

It is the perfect romantic getaway. Our reviews speak for themselves so please do look us up!
