Ok if you don't mind 8 flights of stairs.
The toilet was broken when we arrived (fixed 2 days later). The water supply to the apartment was terrible, despite assurances from the manger it was normal (it isn't, I've stayed in Santa Maria multiple times). The kettle lead didn't reach the plug unless it was stood on a pan. The second bedroom is for children, I had a small blanket with cartoon characters on it. You couldn't stand up properly in the other half of the room. The sofa in the lounge was almost collapsing and nowhere else comfortable to sit. The balcony furniture looked like it had come from the rubbish dump. Overall I wouldn't recommend it.
