Spacious & Cosy House by Passionfruit Properties

This cosy house is in a quiet neighbourhood, ideal for contractors working in the area. The house is located just a few minutes walk from the city centre and is also within walking distance from the train station.

There's private parking around the back of the house for two vehicles which is a very rare find as the house is located so close to the centre of Coventry. Even though the house is a short walk from the city centre, you'll be surprised by how quiet the estate is. The perfect base!

The space:

Whilst each bedroom has single beds, they are able to be zipped together to create huge super king beds. If you require super king beds in any of the bedrooms please just let us know when you book and we'll take care of the rest.

The living room features comfortable sofas and a Smart TV with access to popular apps such as Netflix. The Wi-Fi is quick and can be accessed from all rooms in the house.

The dining area is separate to the living room and kitchen and can seat up to 6 people. There's also garden furniture in the back garden which again, can seat up to 6 people.

Overall good experience. Few issues with front door key. Low water pressure in top shower when other water being used. Minimal facilities for clothes drying. Facilities overall good. Very handy location to Coventry town centre.
