Our lovely 2 Bedroom ground floor apartment in the heart of Warwick is perfect for short getaways, or for contractors working locally. Perfectly situated just 20 mins walk from Warwick Castle or 25 mins into Leamington centre you can access both of these fascinating historic towns.
This modern apartment comes with underfloor heating, a master bedroom with king size bed, and second bedroom with single bed. The living area has a breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen and large comfortable sofa. The bathroom has a shower over bath. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm including coffee machine and washing machine. All beds and linen are hotel quality for your comfort with large fluffy towels included. The apartment comes complete with 1 parking space and is super close to a large tescos.
Parking is allocated to one bay in the car park at the rear of the building. Access is via a lock box for self check in.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are charged at £15 per hour and are subject to availability. These requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance to allow for changes to housekeeping rotas.
We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID prior to the release of check-in details. We assure you that all submissions are encrypted and are treated according to GDPR rules.

We strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We both live locally and are always happy to recommend things to do or places to go. We will leave you to enjoy your stay in peace, but are available should you need us.
Warwick is a treasure trove of historic buildings, including of course Warwick Castle. Add to that the fantastic number of indepedant resturants, pubs cafes and shops and you have the perfect place for a getaway. Being equidistance to Warwick and Leamington, there is much to explore and sample! The apartment is not far from the A46 taking you easily to Stratford upon Avon, Birmingham, the M40 or the stunning Cotswolds.
Direct links to Banbury, Rugby, Coventry, Stratford upon Avon and Leamington Spa in less than 20 minutes, along with the Cotswolds.
We’re thrilled you’ve chosen our space for your getaway. We want you to have an amazing stay with us, and we’ve tried to think of the finer details to help you do just that.
In return, we ask you to please abide by the following rules.
• All of our homes are in residential areas. We want you to enjoy your stay, but we also ask that you have some consideration for our neighbours.
• If we suspect any prohibited substances or drugs are being used, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded.
• NOT to use the property for parties, hen/stag parties or gatherings. If, on arrival, it is felt the guests are intending to use the property for such an event, you will be refused entrance. If we believe a party is underway, you will be charged £2,000.
• Please keep music to a reasonable level outside.
• NOT to be the cause of any significant noise between 10PM and 9AM. If noise is deemed to be excessive, we reserve the right to ask you to leave and you will not be refunded.
• NOT to cause an annoyance or become a nuisance to occupants of adjoining premises.
• NOT to smoke inside the property. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE the property, provided all doors and windows are closed. If we suspect you have been smoking in the property, you will be charged £300 (i.e., your security deposit will not be returned).
• Please read any safety notices and advice upon arrival to the property, in particular, parking information and fire safety details.
• NOT to re-let or sublet the property to any other group/party.
• Only use the property strictly for residential purposes.
• NOT to make use of the phone or fax line connected to the property.
• NOT to light any fires or candles in the property.
• NOT to permit any visitors to enter the property, where authorisation has not been requested in advance.
• Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition, including running the dishwasher (if the house has one), putting rubbish in outside bins and tidying away anything you have used.
We promise not to be the fun police, and we fully respect your space and time in our properties. Please do enjoy your time with us. We hope you leave relaxed and well-rested!
