Great monthly rental with beautiful pool area
A lovely home with patio and pool in a quiet, residential part of Seal Beach. Very comfortable for family of five. Short walk to food and grocery. About 10-15 minute walk to beach and the town's main street. Homeowners are very nice and allowed us to eat fruit/veggies from their garden. The house also has an interesting acquaponics system just outside master bedroom. No A/C but ceiling fan in master kept the room cool at night. Overall, an excellent place to spend a month.

Why they chose this property

This property has been in the family since 1971. It is special because we are in a great neighborhood with a lot of kids and great, fun families to hang out with. We are centrally located near a school and a shopping center, and walking distance to the beach and downtown so you can walk everywhere. Seal Beach has kept its small town feel while being close to bigger cities for more options

What makes this property unique

Some unique things about our property include all the eco-friendly work we have put into it. The house is solar powered, has a California native landscape with organic fruit and vegetables growing on site for our guests to enjoy. The fire pit in the front yard is a great place to relax for an evening fire on those warm summer nights, as long as fire restrictions permit. The pool maintains a temperature between 78-84 degrees from June through September.
