très bien situé à Procchio
La situation du logement est vraiment très bien tout comme le contact et l’organisation avec l’agence. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié également le village de Procchio. Cependant, l’agencement et les fournitures de l’appartement se font vieux (meubles abîmés, robinetterie défaillante, jardinet avec des déchets et des plantes en pot complètement sèches, etc.) Il serait une bonne idée que le propriétaire investisse un peu pour remettre au goût du jour ce logement qui est bien situé et qui pourrait se montrer plus pratique et accueillant. Ajoutons que la terrasse est très sympathique et que nous en avons bien profité. Nous avons toutefois passé un très bon premier séjour sur l’Île d’Elbe.
