The Kokkini Beach Retreat

The Kokkini beach retreat is the perfect holiday home for a family or friends looking for a truly relaxing stay just steps away from the beach and shops of Vathianos Kampos in the area of Kokkini Hani. Thanks to its great gardens, traditional and air-conditioned interiors, perfect location (a car is not essential) this house is set to impress for its character and high value for money.

Inside, the house is set over one floor and is particularly spacious as well as traditionally finished with natural stone elements and plenty of charm. There is a spacious open plan lounge with sitting areas, fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen: “The Kokkini Retreat” perfectly combines the Cretan art of hospitality with the most modern comforts! The villa has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed + extra full size single bed and one with 2 twin beds, therefore can comfortably sleep 5 guests. A large family shower room is available between the bedrooms. For the comfort of our guests, the property is air-conditioned (included in the rental price).

Outside, the villa is surrounded by spacious private gardens with lawn, sitting areas, barbecue: the perfect spot to enjoy endless hours of relaxation while tasting some delicious food or a glass of wine. Without forgetting the great proximity of facilities and beach, that are virtually at your doorstep!

La résidence qui possède un grand potentiel manque considérablement d'entretien. Cuisine quasiment insalubre, beaucoup d'humidité par manque d'aération Pas de matériels de nettoyage ni de torchon. Cabine de douche branlante. Bref peu beaucoup mieux faire
