This spacious apartment is located right in the city centre, just a few minutes’ walk from Belfast City Hall.

With a secure, private parking space, it sits close to motorways and main arterial routes, as well as being within easy walking distance of the main public transport stations and the central business district. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, and both with private work spaces and superfast broadband for our professional and corporate guests. The open plan living space has a kitchen area which is equipped with cooking essentials, a lounge area with 40 inch Smart TV where you can access streaming services such as Netflix, and a dining space which overlooks the balcony to far reaching city views.

Bedroom 1 has views overlooking the city and features a double bed, full length mirror, open wardrobe and work space. The room also has an en-suite with a toilet and shower cubicle.

Bedroom 2 also features city views, a work space, open wardrobe and full length mirror set comfortably around the double bed.

The main bathroom has a toilet, a bath and a separate shower cubicle. Shower gel and shampoo are provided as well as hand-soap for the sink.

The kitchen amenities include an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. With plenty of crockery, pans and cooking utensils, you'll have everything you need to stay in and cook a meal. The laundry facilities including washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board are also in the kitchen.

The centrepiece of the apartment is the living & dining area. This stylish space includes a sofa, two comfortable wing-back chairs, a 40-inch Smart TV and a dining area. The dining area sits close to the French doors leading to the balcony overlooking the city.

The apartment is also equipped with a vacuum cleaner and has a hairdryer in each bedroom.

Short visit to Belfast
The Joy Street apt was a great location for exploring Belfast. The apt was clean and very spacious. Detailed instructions were sent on how to get into both the underground parking and the apt. Renters should be aware the parking spot is difficult to use.
