Cosy house in Castiadas - few minutes drive from wonderful beaches

The house is located in Castiadas in the quiet village of Olia Speciosa with private parking and WIFI, just few minutes drive from wonderful beaches..
Cute, cosy and relaxing front garden with patio , living room with sofa bed, Smart Tv, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small bathroom, ceiling fan.
In the back garden you can find a patio with stove, BBQ, reserved outdoor shower with hot water, some aromatic herbs such as basil, mint, oregano , rosemary, sage , myrtle.
Upstairs there are 2 bedroom with air conditioning:
a double bedroom with Smart TV , a single bedroom with bunk bed + extra bed.
Bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, shower.
Really close, just few minutes walk, you can reach a supermarket, a bar, tobacco shop , a butcher, restaurant, pizzeria, ATM, post office, bank, fishmonger , pharmacy, children's public play area, public library, a gym .

Casa deliziosa, super host!
Stefano è un host super ospitale e cordiale, sempre disponibile alle nostre necessità e pronto a rispondere alle richieste! La casa è come da annuncio e una volta arrivati ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio, con tutte le comodità e servita benissimo. Ci siamo sentiti a casa fin da subito. Se proprio devo trovare il pelo nell’uovo, migliorerei la pulizia ma nel complesso trovo la sistemazione super!! Consiglio assolutamente!!!

Tutto perfetto La casa rispondeva perfettamente all’annuncio, non mancava davvero nulla e Stefano è stato un ottimo host, preciso e pronto a rispondere a eventuali richieste/esigenze. La zona è tranquilla ma con tutto il necessario vicino alla casa. Spiagge vicine 6/7 km, indispensabile auto. Consigliato.

Idyllisches Haus
Stefano ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Person. Wir haben uns sehr gut dort aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Schlafräume sind klimatisiert, die Außenküche ermöglicht das Kochen bei hohen Temperaturen. Die Aussendusche ist im Sommer sehr praktisch. Wir haben uns dort mit unserem Hund 10 Tage aufgehalten und würden diese Unterkunft erneut buchen. Es versteht sich von selbst, dass man in der Gegend auf ein Auto angewiesen ist. Die Strände sind schön und mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar.
