Penthouse on the second floor without elevator, with air conditioning/heating, free WiFi, TV with Spanish channels, a balcony and a roof terrace where the sun shines all day.

Maximum capacity 4 adults. One bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room with sofa bed and access to the terrace, and a bathroom with bathtub. Access to the solarium by a spiral staircase.

In Lomas del Mar 2 textile urbanization, with 2 community pool + 2 children's pool (open only during the summer), paddle tennis court, and children's area. A big supermarket, bars and restaurants are located in the area. El Playazo Beach and Puerto Rey Beach are around 5 minutes away by car.

IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 Kwh/day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. Pets are welcome (only 1 pet / booking). Groups of young people are not accepted (NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.

Todo muy cuodado y nuevo. Es muy comodo y tranquilo. La atención del personal de reserva vera playa estupendo. Estan atentos y predispuestos a atender tus necesidades en la mayor brevedad. La lavadora. Esta en el baño y ademas de quitar espacio, para enchufarla el cable atraviesa el baño y no es nada cómodo. Creo que seria muy acertado tratar de instalarla en el solaruim, poniendo un mueble para protegerla. En cuanto al solarium nos instalaron las luces porque cuando llegamos no habia, pero seria perfecto poner otra que de una luz mucho mas cálida.
