Ideal flat for a family, with two terraces (one of them glazed with translucent glass that acts as a rest terrace with garden furniture), swimming pools inside the urbanisation, garden area, parking inside the complex (the parking space is not assigned and availability inside the complex is not guaranteed) and direct access to the beach and the coastal path of the Costa del Sol. Please note that this property has a communal swimming pool and communal children's pool, however, due to water restrictions bathing is currently prohibited.

With five bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower, a spacious kitchen and a large lounge/dining room equipped for the 10 people that can travel to this lovely flat situated in one of the best and well kept communities in the area. A quiet community, tidy and used to have holiday travellers, we remind you that the community has a timetable and rules of coexistence, respect them and read the information signs that the management of the same placed in the common areas.

You will be able to enjoy the hammocks and garden areas of the community (hammocks not assigned). You can also go to the beach through an underground and illuminated pedestrian access that will take you to some quiet sandy and rocky beaches next to the aforementioned coastal path. This path is ideal for strolling, doing some exercise and enjoying a nice walk with your family, you will find different restaurants along the way where you can have a snack or enjoy the summer gastronomy of Malaga.

To access the flat you have to go up to a second floor without lift, so the accommodation is not considered suitable for people with reduced mobility or disabled people. At your entrance, the first view of the accommodation offers you the spacious living room, with sofas, chairs and a large television where you can relax, have lunch and make family gatherings create the memories you are looking for in your holidays. You will have internet connection to enjoy your favourite series or films, as well as teleworking.

From this living-dining room there is also access to two terraces, one glazed with outdoor furniture and the other uncovered with a dining table to enjoy an outdoor lunch.

The kitchen, modern and equipped with all the necessary appliances, will help you to prepare your lunches in a comfortable and tidy way. With a vitroceramic induction hob and enough storage space for your utensils, you will enjoy cooking for your family. There are two coffee machines, one Italian type and one automatic Tássimo capsule coffee machine.

The five bedrooms are grouped in the outer wings of the accommodation, on the right side (if we look out from the living room) there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and access to the open terrace, the other has two single beds.

The other three bedrooms, one of which has direct access to the glazed terrace, have two double beds (one per bedroom) and the third bedroom has two single beds.

All the bedrooms have blinds, blinds to have more privacy with the blinds open, windows to the outside which makes the rooms very luminous. There are also built-in wardrobes to keep your luggage tidy. One of the built-in wardrobes houses the hot water system and has less space than the rest, but enough to keep everything tidy.

There are three complete bathrooms with large walk-in showers.
