Sports harbour 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Cannes 40 km, Saint-Rapahel 4 km, Nice 70 km, Gorges du Verdon 90 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte-Croix 90 km. Hiking paths: Sentier du Littoral 50 m, Esterel 10 km, Dramont 6 km. Please note: car recommended. Small balcony 12 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
