Driving along the windy roads that line the hills of these areas of Umbria, you are accompanied by enchanting landscapes of the surrounding countryside. Slowly going up, you can admire a magnificent view of Lake Trasimeno, and following a secondary road, which seems to climb to allow us to admire the landscape even more, we arrive at Il Giardino. Immediately you notice its enchanting position, which allows you to admire a large part of Lake Trasimeno and the expanses of fields around it that gently surround it, as well as the hills and mountains that rise behind the lake.

INTERIORS:
Through a typical stone staircase you enter the property’s hall passing under a welcoming and refined loggia. You immediately get the feeling of an enveloping and intimate house, with bright spaces and windows overlooking the surrounding views.
From the hall, going to the left and down three steps, you will find a spacious kitchen with a large modern fridge which is directly connected to the living area through a large stone arch.
This area of the house has several windows and French doors that allow natural light to illuminate the rooms. A comfortable sofa is placed in front of the fireplace and a wooden table allows convivial dinners inside on cooler evenings.
The sleeping area is on the first floor which can be accessed via a graceful internal staircase connected to the hall. The three typical bedrooms each have a large bathroom with shower, and one of the bathrooms is equipped with a whirlpool tub.
The largest bedroom, with private en-suite bathroom, also has access to a private loggia, from which you can enjoy an excellent view, ideal for relaxing, reading a good book and sipping a special wine from the area. This loggia has its own stairs on the side of the house and therefore, has the advantage of a private entrance.
The house is completed by a small annex connected to the ground floor of the farmhouse, which includes a large bedroom with fireplace, a small private bathroom, and an independent entrance.
