Very nice apartment but poor concierge
The location of the apartment is really excellent.
The apartment was overall quite ok, but one of the bedrooms has no window, the lighting in the bedrooms is very poor, the status of the pool is unclear, one bedroom is actually an outside shack wita/c and you need to pass through that bedroom to get to the pool and the a/c is partly broken. Apart from that, the apartment was ok (although a bit overpriced...).
But the consierge was a total disaster and we strongly advise not to use that firm for renting any apartment!!!
He was more than 4 hours late(!) so we had to wait with our luggage and groceries outside in the sun(!), he did not know anything about us (although we have filled in a large number of very time-consuming identification procedures). We had booked and paid for 8. (Two in our party of 6 need single rooms). There was only sheets in 3 rooms and he tried to make us pay additional fee in order to get sheets in all rooms (although we had already paid for it). We got only one key(!!), we got no information about how to operate the a/c (and by the way - the main a/c is broken). We had to spend like an hour trying to figure out the wifi, because he just left and did not give any instructions. At the end, we found out that a power chord to the router was unplugged. Eventually we were able to make the wifi work, but the internet speed is very low. We had to wait for another half-a-day before some nice people came with the missing things and tried (but failed) to fix a/c
