Host was responsive up until we arrived at the property to find the door code not working. Host didnt respond to texts or calls for 2 hours. It was getting dark, and my family had no place to go. Just when we were booking another place to stay and trying to figure out how to get an uber, the host called back and gave us the correct door code. Super frustrating.
