Central 3-Bedroom Townhouse with Patio in Brighton

Nestled in the heart of the city-centre, this bright, three bedroom home blends Victorian charm with contemporay chic. Plenty of natural light and a sleek, retro-inspired aethestic combine to create a calming space that will serve as your very own seaside sactuary. Fancy a trip to the beach? An afternoon's shopping in the Lanes? A night out on the town? No problem. You'll find yourself no more that a brief stroll from all the top spots Brighton has to offer. 5 min to the centre and the beach.

The Space
The house is well-equipped and professionally cleaned after each stay. Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed, the kitchen has coffee and tea-making facilities, as well as everything else you need to cook.

The living room includes TV/Wifi and some board games for entertainment. The kitchen also contains a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as plenty other kitchen appliances for your stay.

There is a patio with access from the kitchen. Enjoy a sip of your cuppa outside; this is also where you can smoke.The house is well-equipped and professionally cleaned after each stay.

Downtsairs there's a full kitchen complete with coffee and tea-making facilities, as well as everything else you need for cooking up a storm after a hard day's sightseeing. Utility-wise, this is also where you'll find the washing machine and a tumble dryer. The living area includes TV/ Wifi, along with board games for some classic evening entertainment (... or to liven up the odd rainy afternoon). And for those of you that like to unwind outside of a summer's evening, there is a small patio with access from the kitchen; perfect for relaxing with a good book or a glass of wine - perhaps both!

Upstairs you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, each with it's own UK-size double bed. The primary bedroom boasts it's own en-suite bathroom with tub; there is also an additional shower room and seperate toilet.

You are welcome to drop your bags off earlier if you need to. There will be a cleaner inside the flat before 3 PM.

Great location
Great location. The house was just right for us as 3 couples. I was disappointed with the initial communication with the host a few weeks out from our stay but couldn’t fault it closer to the day we arrived. Liked it that much we have already booked again for next year.
