Fantastic location, decent apartment, but having dealt with the Liiving team, I personally won't stay at their properties. Since they're Integrated property, VRBO doesn't really get involved. Having paid premium price for the apartment, we expected much better service and to feel a lot safer.
The bed in one of the rooms literally fold up and hit you in the face if you sit on it at the wrong place/angle. Duvet had sticky stains and hair all over - it was gross. The bathroom door didn't close properly.
Apparently, they left us a key on our 2nd day for the gate next to the building, but no one messaged us. When we came back from dinner, the gate was locked. Walked around and got into the building. However, our apartment keypad stopped working. Had to wait for someone to get a physical key from the office to let us in, while we sit outside at 11:30pm for 30-45 min. Apparently, this happened to other properties so they issue physical key, but we didn't get one.
A few incidents made us questioned whether someone has been in our apartment while we were out and they couldn't confirm that night. After being locked out in the middle of the night, lack of secondary lock on the door, & their inability to reassure of no one entering the apartment, we were spooked out and didn't feel safe staying the night, so we left.
Based on my experience dealing with Liiving, I wouldn't stay at their properties again and don't recommend it.
