Villa Las Yucas is a beautiful, modern 4 bedroom villa situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Marbella. Just a few minutes walk to Ricardo Soriano or Orange square while still enjoying calm and peaceful surroundings.

The villas has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a beautiful open plan lounge and kitchen area, as well as numerous sunny terrace areas and a private heated swimming pool.

We have AC throughout as well as WIFI internet, sound system and all the mod cons and a beautiful roof terrace.

Lovely home with minor issues
The property is well-located in Marbella, although it is situated on an upper part of the city center making a walk into town a bit tedious due to the uphill return to the house. Fortunately, a small market cart was available for grocery store runs to Correfors market. The house is as it appears: modern, comfortable, and well-stocked. We had ongoing issues with some shower flooding due to blocked drains (upper floor) and a frustrating tendency for the hot water heater to repeatedly trip the breaker fuse requiring repeated outside treks down to the stairs to the breaker panel. The house manager, Martin, was pretty timely in responding to our concerns. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and the house was lovely.

Amazing villa, they’ve truly thought of everything. So private and secluded but yet only a short walk into the heart of old town Marbella. Will definitely be back.
