An arty sitting room with woodburning stove and logs (plus free unlimited SUPERFAST wifi, smart tv, BBC, Netflix). A sunny old-fashioned kitchen with separate dining room. And best of all: beautiful views from the windows!

Ideally positioned to explore all the vibrancy St Andrews town has to offer aswell as the hustle and bustle of the quaint string of East Neuk fishing villages (Kingsbarns, Crail, Anstruther, Pittenweem, St Monans, Elie) - either by car or hourly bus.
Relax afterwards in the bright garden filled with flowers, birdsong, sun loungers and a hammock. For evenings too; a BBQ and a firepit with uninterrupted sunshine all the way till sunset!!
Guest access:
You can offload your car on the roadside below the cottage..... Free longterm on-street parking is about a one minutes walk away in the centre of the hamlet.
Our semi-detached cottage is in an elevated position..... There is a flight of 10 steps up from the road, a shared path through narrow gates and another set of steps to get your luggage to the front door (see last three photos).
Other things to note:
The shower has sloping headroom on one side and the bath is 3/4 size.
There are no electric charging points for electric vehicles nearby. The closest ones are 4miles away in St Andrews. We advise overseas guests to hire a petrol or diesel car for their stay in Scotland.
The home is adherent to holiday letting regulations including having interlinked smoke alarms. And now has a newly installed eco-friendly heat pump, battery and solar panels.
