This beautiful villa, is located near 'Praia das Maçãs' beach in Colares area, (sintra, Lisbon coast). Has 5 bedrooms,, 3 bathrooms, large garden and private (s heated swimming pool, night area for all fresco diner with covered BBQ, air conditioning, free internet wifi, tvs big screen 65, 55", 50" 41" 39" 35", Cable & Satelite channels, (some bedrooms with tv sets), tennis table, little gym, etc.
Sleep 12 adults and 2 babirs There is an interior parking area, for 4/6 cars..
The property is tottaly secluded by walls and fences and the gate is closed during day and night for better privacy.
The restaurants, supermarkets, little shops and the sandy beach 'Praia das Maçãs' are only 10 minutes walk.
Lisbon Centre, Cascais and Estoril , are only half an hour drive.(20 kms distance)

Needs updating
Mr. Antonio is a super nice guy and more than willing to communicate, but the home really needs some work. Outlets weren't working. Heater wasn't working. We were freezing. The house is super outdated and a little dingey.
