Casa Chiara is a vacation home that boasts modern and practical furnishings. It is a 3-room house that covers an area of 75 m2 and is situated in a west-facing position. The house is spread over two levels with beautiful parquet and natural stone floors.

The living/dining room features a wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and capsules for the coffee machine (Nespresso) at an extra cost. There is also an exit to the terrace and a separate WC.

On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom with an exit to the balcony and a children's room with 2 beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. There is also a bath/bidet/WC. The house has heating and can comfortably accommodate families.

Outside, there is a terrace measuring 20 m2 that is partly roofed and offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. The terrace is equipped with furniture, a barbecue, deck chairs (2), and a box-room.

Other facilities available at Casa Chiara include a washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer, and free internet (WiFi). Parking is available on the property with a reserved spot for one car and a garage that can accommodate one car at the house.
