About this property

Comfortable villa in Cala de los Alemanes, Mediterranean style.

In an area as paradisiacal as Playa de los Alemanes and a few meters from the Camarinal Lighthouse, Villa Fare Miti stands as "The House of the Sea" for those who choose this point on the map as their home.

In its almost 3,000m2 of plot there is abundant vegetation, the green of its trees and the cactus that are so peculiar but that provide so much personality. The house, with a whitewashed facade, has 448m2 of constructed area. We can access the villa from different places, logically, one of its accesses is the careful and pampered entrance located at the back of the house and whose main door already anticipates the character of the house to the visitor; another of the accesses is on one side and leads into the interior through a small and bright patio. The third access is located on the porch, in front of the property, by the pool area.

Once inside the house, it is inevitable to notice the cozy character provided by the contrasts of wood, vegetation and furniture. The entrance leads us, to the front, to a spacious and bright living room from which it is imperative to highlight the Japanese garden with natural bamboo, the pleasant living room with a fireplace, the large dining area and the cozy TV room with views of the Camarinal Lighthouse.

In the East wing from the entrance hall, organized by a corridor, we find a toilet, a laundry area, access to the small patio that goes outside the house and, finally, the fully equipped kitchen bathed by natural light. The kitchen shares the magnificent Japanese garden which gives spaciousness and light to the space. From the kitchen you can also access the dining area.
In the West wing of the house we find a white and transparent glazed corridor that gives access, to the left, to the porch and, at the back, to an independent area of the house with three double bedrooms, one of them with en-suite bathroom and the other two with a shared family bathroom. The porch can be closed thanks to vertical awnings installed in the three arches that give access to the pool area; the ample space offers multiple opportunities for its distribution and functionality.

If we go up the spiral staircase located at the entrance, we will access the upper floor where we find the master suite with A/C, an en-suite spacious bathroom and a comfortable dressing room. In addition, the main room enjoys a balcony with magnificent views and a terrace area sheltered from the wind.

From every corner of this property, the views are a gift, but above all, if we access from the rear garden to the roof of the west wing, we can enjoy sunrises and sunsets and never get tired of looking at the sea and the extensive Playa de los Alemanes below.

Just at the entrance of the villa there is a completely independent studio with a double bedroom with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.

In the garden, right by the pool, we find a chill-out area with outdoor furniture from where you can enjoy the endless views of the ocean and the wonderful sunsets.

The whole house has radiator heating.

All around the property, there is a perfect and well-kept garden with automatic irrigation at its different heights. In the upper area of the property we can find a pergola built to act as a covered garage for two vehicles. In the lower area, on the right side of the entrance, once passed the automatic door, we find a covered garage that can also, due to its dimensions, serve as a workshop or warehouse.

In this corner of the world where peace reigns, this house is a gem. Its construction, its vibe and the care that has been given over the years makes this opportunity a gift. The views, the beach and a house in paradise. What more could we ask for?

Una experiencia increíble
La casa es preciosa, decorada con mucho gusto y muy bien mantenida. Las estancias son amplias y todo es muy cómodo. Las vistas al mar son increíbles y la puesta de sol unica. La casa está bien equipada y el servicio es muy bueno, respondieron con rapidez a todas nuestras peticiones. Tiene buen acceso a la playa, se tardan 10min andando. Lo único que deberían mejorar es el aire acondicionado. La mayoría de habitaciones no tiene y tampoco hay en las zonas comunes y en días de calor los ventiladores no son suficientes. En general muy recomendable. Si podemos repetiremos.
