The house is located in Tatti, a medieval village in the province of Massa Marittima (GR); from the village, in a short time, you can reach both seaside resorts (Cala Violina, Castiglione della Pescaia, Follonica) and famous cities (Massa Marittima, Grosseto, Siena). Places of historical and cultural interest are: the mine museum of Massa Marittima, the museum of sacred art and the national park of the metalliferous hills of Grosseto.

The house is located under an arch placed in front of the town square in which there is an ancient cistern; near the house there are many cellars during the festival "Flavors of Autumn", which takes place in November, become home to several exhibitors.

The house, being in the historic center, is accessed on foot, by car you can get to the square where you can stop to unload your luggage. The car can be parked a few meters from the house, or there are parking spaces in front of the village primary school.
The house is located in the historic center, in the square opposite, where the "Festivals and Festivals" take place, there is the neoclassical church of Santa Maria Assunta.
Adjacent to the entrance door of the house there is a staircase leading to a circle, where you can enjoy delicious breakfasts and you can enjoy the WI-FI. The club is located on the main street of the village on which there is both a shop, stocked with food and household products, and a restaurant where you can taste the local food and wine specialties and admire, from the terrace, the beautiful view of the Tuscan hills. In summer events are organized.
