Nestled on a quiet cobbled lane in the historic UNESCO New Town of Edinburgh.

We welcome you to our warm & sophisticated 2 story house with 1 Free parking space in the garage.

You will be welcomed through our main door entrance into our spacious and fully equipped kitchen and dining area for you to enjoy a home cooked meal with family and friends.

There is a also a separate utility room to the rear with laundry facilities for you to use.

The kitchen leads out into the lush private garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the birds chirping on a sunny day in the city!

Upstairs is our 3 bedrooms, all with plenty of storage, crisp hotel quality linen and fresh towels.

Professionally cleaned, and a starter bundle of toiletries.

Located within walking distance of independent bars, cafes, restaurants serving local delicacies, & all city attractions.

Edinburgh New Town
Perfect location, close to everything, but away from the crowds. Grocery stores around the corner, and some cozy local pubs nearby too. About 10 minutes walk to busy Princes St, and ~20 to Royal Mile. Kitchen was well equipped, and we easily made dinner for 5 people.

We are a family of 5 and just left this wonderful place! Great location within walking distance to the tram and everything in Edinburgh. Super clean and great communication with the owner!! Thank you for an unforgettable trip!

Lovely property in great location. However, a few things need attention. Washing machine controls broken. Front bedroom needs a blackout blind as street light immediately outside shines through curtain. En-suite bathroom needs over tub shower.

Comfortable and Convenient
Good place to stay in Edinburgh. Parking space in garage saved us on parking. Roomy enough for 5 of us. Clean and quiet. Good communication with host.
