Modern furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely studio is close to various top attractions in London, such as the Buckingham Castle, the Kensington Castle, and many good restaurants scattered around the area. There are also many buses nearby, enabling guests to explore the city with ease.

This studio is designed with a cosy living room where you can relax after a long day exploring the city, which includes a double bed, heating and multiple storage spaces.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Sports fans can watch Chelsea F.C. play at Stamford Bridge or an ATP Tour 500 championship at Queen's Club. At the tennis club, tenants can even try the sport of kings - real tennis. There are also multiple cinemas, such as The Chiswick Cinema, Riverside Studios and Vue Cinema London - Shepherd's Bush. The neighbourhood is full of unique cafes, restaurants and pubs, including Rafaello, Cafe Cino, Volcano Coffee Works, Alma Hammersmith, La Cabana Cafe, Caffè Nero, Creams Cafe Hammersmith, Yul's Cafe, Jin-Da Thai, Casa Mia, Ryce, Il Gusto italian ristorante di Silva Niko, The Hampshire, Pepe's Piri Piri Hammersmith, Kamasutra Indian Restaurant, The Hammersmith Ram, Hop Poles, Nicholson's and Duke of Hammersmith. Tenants can find any daily item at the nearby Lidl and Sainsbury's.

Tenants can always hop on many bus routes passing the property as well, namely 27, 110, 190, 218, 267, 306, H91, N9, N11 and N266.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of GBP 30 and after midnight is GBP 50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe :)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a GBP 300 smoking fee at a minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
