Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Property manager is inaccessible. Black mold everywhere. Rubbish bin not emptied.
This is a nice property, well equipped for bikers (has a space for bikes in the back yard and a hose to wash them). The kitchen looks great, but it’s supplied with cheap equipment. Don’t plan to cook something fancy there - assume you have an oven and a microwave, that kind of thing. The cleaning in our case was horrendous: the kitchen trash from the previous renters have not been cleared out. Very unpleasant. The rooms of bedrooms are full of black mold growing quite vigorously. Not healthy to breath it in, all night long. Finally, the management company was absolutely unavailable throughout our stay. They didn’t come back to us even after the Easter weekend was over. What if you lost your keys? You would be outside, enjoying the weather. Horrible and irresponsible. Absolutely horrible experience.
