The only best part of this property was its location to major sites....readily walkable.
There were however significant and disappointing problems with the actual facility (booked through Clean B n B out of Florence),
these included the following:
1. Huge issues on our first night trying to get back in the apt. after beening out for a few hours. The key was VERY PROBLEMATIC....my husband spend at least 45 minutes trying to open the apt. door, while I in the interim, contacted our host Naveen for his help to get in. We had not been informed by our Clean BnB contact person Naveen in our first face to face meeting with him that the apt entry key was big-time problematic. When Navreen returned to assist us, we were then told you had to turn the key x # of times and jiggle the key while simultaneously pulling on the door knocker in order to get in!!
2. There was only one bedside reading light.
3. The place was VERY CHILLY!! We contacted Naveen several times to find out how to increase the heat (the heating remote did not work)....never heard back from him.
4.There was no manual within the apt. to explain how to operate any basic features.
5. Toilet paper roll dispenser was broken and sitting on a shelf.
6. In an attempt to make tea (no kettle provided) using a pot on the stove element to heat the water, electrical power was lost throughout the apt.leaving only 2 lights working....one in the kitchen and one in the living room. All bedroom and bathroom lights did not work.
