Recently and nicely renovated
The apartment is in an old building that has been gutted and nicely renovated inside, and tastefully decorated. The interior is exactly as it appears in the photos. I would note that if you plan to use both bedrooms, the second bedroom is on a mezzanine overlooking the open plan kitchen /living /dining room. There is no wall or door, so any light and sound from downstairs travels up unimpeded.
