The house has an open floor plan. The living room boasts a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options, and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave, enabling you to cook delicious meals during your stay. The apartment also features laundry facilities, including a washer and ironing equipment.
The bedrooms are well-appointed, featuring two double and two single beds, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure you sleep well.
The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Brixton Hill is renowned for its fantastic food scene, with numerous restaurants serving cuisine worldwide. There are also many cafes, bars, and pubs that offer a range of entertainment, from live music to comedy shows.
The area is well-connected to the rest of London, with excellent transport links, including the Brixton Underground Station and numerous bus routes. Additionally, several green spaces are nearby, including Brockwell Park and Tooting Bec Common, which offer a relaxing respite from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest tube station, Brixton Station, is a 25-minute walk.
Heathrow Airport is a 50-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
