• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.

Overall we did enjoy our stay. This is constructive feedback. The photographs on the website made the apartment look a lot better than it actually was. The cleanliness wasn't great (thick dust on bedside tables/lamps, dust in corners of floor, blackened tile grouting in shower). The armchairs and sofas had an unpleasant smell (may just need some febreze to freshen them). Incorrect wi-fi details provided - for some reason there are 2 hubs (BT & EE) - this needs to be clear for guests as to which hub/password is correct. As shown in the photos, there should have been a pair of curtains in the twin room, but there was only 1 curtain which was not hung properly and it only covered a small part of the window. The shower room really needs updating. We were looking forward to using the outdoor space as the weather was good but the garden and furnture were really unkempt and uncared for, such a shame. I was given the incorrect key safe code on the arrival details, so tried calling the number provided, nobody answered. Luckily the cleaner turned up & gave me the correct key safe code. Not a great start after 4 hours of travelling with my 80 year old mother!
