4 bedroom apartment with elegant interior on the second line in the heart of Marbella. Central but very quiet apartment. The car is NOT necessary because all the main attractions (Marbella old town, Marbella marina) and services (cafes, bars, restaurants, boutique shops) are just outside the building. Marbella Old Town Beach and main promenade right in front of the building.
IMPORTANT ASPECTS TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:
- Do not smoke inside the apartment, only on the balcony. If we smell smoke inside, we will accept your damage deposit.

do not make noise.

- after your stay, wash the dishes and take out the garbage.
