- Check-in
As a mandatory state requirement, all guests are asked to provide identification details and pay a city tourist tax through an online self-check-in form. You will receive this form 301 hours prior to arrival. Completing it should take just a few minutes, after which the check-in instructions and key codes will be promptly sent to you.

- Baby cot
Baby cot is available upon request for an additional fee of 500 CZK (~€20).

- Smoking
Smoking inside the property is not allowed. If this rule is violated, a 5000 CZK (~€200) fee will be charged to cover the cost of professional ozone odor removal. We appreciate your compliance in maintaining a smoke-free environment for all our guests.

- Loss of keys
The guest will be responsible for the replacement of the locks and New keys for the sum of 2500 CZK (~€100)
