A truly special property in a special location! Villa Benellis has three bedrooms all set on one floor. The fully fitted kitchen (particularly well equipped) has large patio doors leading out to the covered side terrace as well as a further door opening onto the covered front porch. A hallway leads to the master double bedroom, complete with a stylish wrought iron bed and en-suite shower room. This bedroom also enjoys direct access to the swimming pool area. The same hallway also leads to a pretty twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and to a further twin bedroom and a separate family shower room.

The swimming pool of Benellis is a true delight: it is well known among regular guests for its unique shape and wide Roman steps allowing easy access (please note that there is a drop between the shallow and deep end of the pool). the shallow end is great for children playing in the pool. In addition to the gardens (enclosed and beautifully planted with shrubs and local flowers), there are open and covered terraces with billiard table and a barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining and chilling out when the sun goes down.

Please note: There is a refundable security deposit payable before travel, of £250. Sundays are not accepted for check-ins.
