Welcome to my home!

This tastefully decorated 64 m2 Eco Lodge is perfect for up to 6 guests, offering a harmonious blend of modern amenities and historic charm.

The cozy living room features comfortable sofas, including a sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV for streaming your favourite shows, and a dining table for six.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. The house also has a washer and ironing facilities for your laundry needs.

There are two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. A dedicated workspace is also available for your convenience.

You will have access to complimentary parking throughout your stay.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

In consideration of conservation efforts, kindly be mindful of energy use. While the property is infant-friendly, guardians should ensure they have the necessary infant gear.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Nestled at the entrance to the Peak District, this house is located in Leek's Conservation Area, surrounded by historic silk mills. Offering a quaint market town experience, Leek boasts charming streets that weave through its rich cultural heritage. Visitors can indulge in local culinary delights, adding a flavorful touch to the exploration. With its proximity to the Peak District's picturesque landscapes, this district serves as an ideal base for a relaxing Staffordshire getaway, combining history, culture, and natural beauty in a delightful package.

Leek is walkable and offers fast trains to Stoke-on-Trent (8 miles) with an easy bus transfer if not travelling by road.

The property serves as a perfect base for exploring the wider Peak District.

Manchester Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

We had a lovely stay! The home was clean and well equipped. The property is well situated for exploring the Peak District. There are grocery stores within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!
